1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Structured Outputs ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Structured Outputs is a web-based platform that allows users to:

  • Create and edit JSON schemas
  • Generate Pydantic models from schemas
  • Test schemas with sample data
  • Integrate with AI/LLM services for structured outputs
  • Save and manage schema collections

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Register using a valid Google account
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Beta Access

The Service is currently in beta and available by invitation only. We may:

  • Limit access to specific users or groups
  • Modify or discontinue features without notice
  • Collect feedback and usage data to improve the Service
  • Change pricing and tier structures before general availability

5. Usage Limits and Tiers

Free Tier

  • 100 requests per month
  • 10,000 tokens per month
  • Basic features

Plus Tier

  • 1,000 requests per month
  • 100,000 tokens per month
  • Priority support

Enterprise Tier

  • 10,000 requests per month
  • 1,000,000 tokens per month
  • Dedicated support
  • Custom integrations

Exceeding your tier limits may result in service interruption. We reserve the right to modify tier limits and pricing at any time.

6. User Content

You retain all rights to the schemas and content you create ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us:

  • A license to store, process, and display your User Content to provide the Service
  • The right to use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and improvements

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:

  • You have the right to upload and share it
  • It does not violate any laws or third-party rights
  • It does not contain malicious code or harmful content

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including:

  • Google OAuth for authentication
  • OpenAI for AI/LLM features
  • Google Gemini for AI features
  • Vercel for hosting
  • Supabase for data storage

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

10. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

For enterprise customers, a separate Data Processing Agreement may be required.

11. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific uptime percentages (SLA may be available for Enterprise tier)
  • Compatibility with all devices or browsers
  • Preservation of all data during outages

We may perform maintenance and updates that temporarily affect service availability.

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be error-free or secure
  • Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • Any errors will be corrected

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Unauthorized access to your data
  • Errors or interruptions in the Service
  • Third-party content or conduct

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party
  • Your User Content

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Extended periods of inactivity
  • Any reason at our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

  • Posting the updated Terms on this page
  • Updating the "Last updated" date
  • Sending an email notification (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

18. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

  1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
  2. Mediation if negotiations fail
  3. Binding arbitration in New York, NY (if mediation fails)

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
